Warranty of Service and Support
We are appreciating that you choice our products.and can serve for you . We promise to provide you with following warranty service.
1.warranty period
1.1 Product Limited Warranty to Customers. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein,
G&T warrants to Costomers that, for a period of one(1) year from the data of purchase from G&T, except MOTO G24 modules, the Products will substantially conform to the standard published specifications for the Product, which are published by the manufacturers, and the Product hardware will be substantially free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period of eighteen(18) months is just for MOTO G24 module.
1.2 The product that has been repaired still take the same warranty period. If the product is replaced into new one, the new one’s warranty period is as same as the old one.
2. Warranty term
2.1 Product repairing is free within warranty period.
2.2 Non-Waranty prescription.
Any damage in the appearance
Malfunction or damage due to misuse or improper use
there are something damaged parts in the product,
Any action of repair and disassembly performed by customer self other than G&T authorized service personnel., and so on.
The serial number or MSN code has been removed.
2.3 Out of warranty repair: G&T will charge the repair cost depends on our repair standard.
2.4 If you have other problem during the warranty period, please refer to the following procedure.
2.5 Any technical question you can call our service phone, our engineer will give you support.
A.If you need repair service, please detailedly fill in the <<G&T customer repair authrization form>>, then mail to
service@szght.com, then return the form and product together back to our company.
3. Delivery.
3.1 Customers should delivery products to G&T. G&T should delivery repairing products.
3.2 The customer should pay the shipping cost when return the product to G&T. G&T will pay the back freight.
